These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between jdprime ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("you," "the User," or "the Player") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered through the jdprime website and associated mobile applications.

By accessing the jdprime platform — whether by browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including registered players, guests, and any person who accesses jdprime content.

jdprime reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. To register and use the jdprime platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling activities in the Philippines, as prescribed under applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and permitted. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of jdprime complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register, including any exclusion list maintained by jdprime or any regulatory body.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

jdprime reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to our satisfaction.

To access the full range of jdprime services, you must create a registered account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change.

The following rules apply to all jdprime accounts:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one jdprime account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. jdprime will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Accurate information: You must not provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point. jdprime reserves the right to close any account where false information has been provided.
• Account ownership: Your jdprime account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.
• Notification of unauthorized access: You must notify jdprime immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization.

jdprime reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

jdprime supports deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via a range of local payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. All transactions are processed in PHP unless otherwise stated.

Deposits:

• Deposits are credited to your jdprime wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• jdprime does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method.
• jdprime does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and previously used for a deposit, or to a verified account in your name.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. This requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued ID.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 hours during business hours, subject to verification requirements.
• jdprime reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where fraud is suspected.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.

jdprime offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• One bonus per promotion: Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Bonus abuse: jdprime actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended and all associated bonuses and winnings forfeited.
• Promotional validity: All promotions have an expiry date. Bonuses not used or wagering requirements not met within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from your account.
• jdprime's discretion: jdprime reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. In the event of a dispute regarding a promotion, jdprime's decision is final.

All games available on the jdprime platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each game are published in the game information panel within the lobby.

By participating in any game on jdprime, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG software and are not influenced by jdprime or any third party.
• You will abide by the specific rules of each game as published within the game interface.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, jdprime will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical error, the stake for that round will be returned to your account.
• jdprime's records of game outcomes are the definitive record. In the event of a dispute between your records and jdprime's server logs, jdprime's records will prevail.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jdprime platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or its games.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to: using stolen payment credentials, providing false identity documents, or making fraudulent chargeback claims.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are not valid and will be voided.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity or any other illegal financial purpose.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including minors.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward jdprime staff or other players.

jdprime is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, enjoyable environment for all players. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered jdprime players directly within the account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss limits: Set limits on the amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the jdprime platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of how long you have been playing and your net gaming activity.

All content on the jdprime platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software, and trademarks — is the intellectual property of jdprime or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jdprime platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any jdprime content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on jdprime content.
• Use any jdprime trademark, logo, or brand name in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in connection with the jdprime platform.

Any unauthorized use of jdprime intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by jdprime.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jdprime shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Interruptions to service caused by technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond jdprime's reasonable control.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform.
• Losses resulting from game outcomes, which are determined by certified RNG software.

jdprime does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and security, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

jdprime collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By using the jdprime platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

The types of personal data we collect include, but are not limited to: your name, date of birth, contact details, government-issued ID information, payment method details, and gaming activity records. This data is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and improve the jdprime platform.

jdprime will not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with trusted service providers who assist in operating the platform, subject to strict confidentiality obligations, and with regulatory authorities where required by law.

jdprime reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
• A request from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining in your wallet (after deduction of any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, unless the termination is due to fraud or a legal hold, in which case funds may be withheld pending investigation.

You may also close your jdprime account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any eligible balance will be returned to your verified payment method.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and jdprime, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. jdprime is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team, you may escalate the matter through the appropriate regulatory channels. jdprime operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations and cooperates fully with regulatory oversight.
